NC cadre dies while participating in victory rally

SALYAN - A cadre of the Nepali Congress died on Wednesday in course of taking part in a victory rally in Salyan.
The deceased has been identified as Khim Bahadur Khatri, 24, of Tribeni Rural Municipality-6, according to police. The incident took place when Khatri collapsed all of sudden in course of taking part in the victory rally and he died on the way to the hospital.
